Patient Satisfaction

 

We should continuously strive for a better performance and a better service to patients.

In this effort feedback from patients is essential.

 

We therefore ask for feedback of our patients in a multilingual satisfaction survey after every surgery.

The survey layout can be seen below. Also a general satisfaction call up survey is continuously conducted through the hospital after admission
